STEPS TO RETURN ITEMS

2.AUTHORIZATION

We will validate your claim and when that is done, we will make available to you the best option to get the item or order back from you.

3. TRACKING OF RETURN STATUS

We will send you a return waybill number that will enable you follow up on status of your return item.

4. SETTLEMENT
